Context

I work in finance-related contexts where structures, responsibilities, or processes are not yet fully established or no longer scale with the organisation.
These situations typically arise as organisations and finance functions grow, face increased regulatory scrutiny, or transition between operating models, where finance is expected to deliver clarity despite uncertainty and competing priorities.

Focus

Reporting and control situations under time pressure, often linked to audit findings, regulatory scrutiny, leadership changes, or temporary senior capacity gaps.
Finance and reporting structures that need to be adapted to organisational change or growth, including evolving reporting requirements, GAAP transitions, and transactions with significant accounting and reporting implications.
Cross-functional initiatives across finance, business, and IT, where perspectives are misaligned and requirements, priorities, or ownership need clarification.

Experience

I have over 14 years of experience in audit and advisory, including Senior Manager roles at EY, with four years spent at EY Germany. During this time, I worked across a range of industries, with significant exposure to regulated financial services environments, supporting finance leadership in complex reporting, control, and governance contexts.I combine this professional background with a Diplom-Economist degree and professional qualifications as an ACCA Fellow (FCCA) and PMP. Having worked in international and German business contexts, I am comfortable operating across different regulatory, organisational, and cultural environments.
